Hello Excise is a directory application. It displays department contact information, including names, telephone numbers, email addresses, and office directory details supplied by Kerala Excise.

2. Information we collect

The app does not require an account and does not ask you to submit personal information to browse the directory. The app may process the following technical information to provide its features:

• Network requests needed to retrieve the latest directory and menu data.
• Basic connectivity status, used to show whether the app can reach its service.
• Information you choose to use through your device, such as a phone number or email address when you tap a contact action.

3. How information is used

Information is used to display the directory, respond to searches, maintain service security, and open the communication method you select. Hello Excise does not use the directory to create user profiles or for targeted advertising.

4. Sharing and third-party services

Hello Excise does not sell personal information. When you choose to call, email, or share a contact, your device may open a separate phone, email, or sharing application. Those applications are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect communication between the app and its service. No method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The app does not maintain a user account or a personal profile. Directory information is retained and updated by the department as needed for official contact purposes.

Hello Excise is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
